Your order is only accepted once full payment has been received and we confirm availability.

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers; we do not store or have access to your card details.

5. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.
Please ensure all measurements, fabrics, and finishes are approved before confirming your order.
Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order and may vary depending on materials and workshop schedules.

6. Delivery

We offer white-glove delivery within the UK and international shipping by arrangement.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on production schedules and courier availability.
You are responsible for ensuring access is suitable for large furniture deliveries.
Risk passes to you upon delivery; ownership transfers once full payment is received.

7. Returns and Refunds

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality.
If you receive a non-bespoke item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligible returns must be unused and in their original condition.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
